Last month I wrote about the new book “The One-Minute Cure” that I found and read.  I thought at that time that I may never have to write another monthly update, because that was the end of the story.  But, I was wrong.

I still think that you must read the new book “The One-Minute Cure” and that is probably the best thing you can do for ALS or maybe any other illness.  The only other thing that you must do is avoid all TOXINS in your home and in your environment.

Since writing the November Update, I have had some interesting new experiences.  The new book says that more oxygen in your system will help your body to detoxify.  Well, I took that with a grain of salt because I have read that many times before.  There are many ways to detoxify the body and I have done many of them.  However, I am now convinced that more oxygen will in fact detoxify your body.  How do I know?

When my body is detoxifying, I know it because I pee more frequently and I break out in pimples on my head and my face.  When I’m not detoxifying, all those pimples go away.  The pimples that I get are something in between a pimple and a boil.  I’ve been taking only 3 drops of 35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide 3 times a day.  The author of “The One-Minute Cure” suggests that you increase the number of drops everyday until you reach 20 or so.  I do not plan to raise my number of drops to more than 4 or 5/ 3 times a day.  My thought is that everyone should determine their own pace and number of drops based on their own experience.  Now, I do not like to disagree with someone who really seems to know, but I do know with ALS you can detoxify too fast and you absolutely MUST be certain to have frequent bowel movements everyday (2-3 every day and/or frequent colon hydrotherapy).  I had a good friend with ALS who was doing all the right things and his ALS was improving.  Suddenly, he got worse and died.  Later, I found out that he was constipated.  When you do any form of detox and you don’t let the toxins out of your body, it is just like stirring up a hornets nest in your gut and not letting them out.

For the last month, I’ve been taking 3 drops 3 times a day and I continue to eat asparagus every other day as part of my dinner.  I use frozen organic asparagus and I put it in the blender so that I’m eating it raw: that way is much more effective.  You might want to know that even though I already have made improvement since I moved, I have had even more improvement with the Peroxide.

My dosage was 3 drops 3 times a day in water and the last dose just before bed but then about 2 hours after going to bed I began waking up and I’d be awake for an hour or more.  Now, I may be a little slow, but I finally figured out it may be the Peroxide.  I’m now taking 4 drops 2 times a day and I plan to raise that to 5 drops soon.

NOW, HERE IS MY FINAL THOUGHT FOR THE MONTH.  Everyone with ALS would have the best chance of recovery, I believe, by following the suggestions in the new book “The One-Minute Cure” and reading both of my books.  My new book “Surviving Without Your MD” should convince you that you must avoid any and all prescription and non-prescription drugs.  There are natural products to replace any and all drugs.  Well, I usually sign off by saying “I hope this helps you”, however, I know this will help you!
