TCM --Traditional Chinese Medicine

Now that I've been drinking my Chinese herbal tea for over one month, I thought you might like to know what the results are.

I began drinking the herbal tea on a Sunday and on Thursday, four days later, I had a lot of improvement. That Thursday morning, I was able to pull myself up out of the bed, stand up, and then to turn to sit down on my scooter better than I ever have., Now, that's remarkable. However, no real improvement since then. I may have had minor improvement that is only in evidence in very small ways. In other words, nothing really significant has happened. Now that requires more explanation. I don't know all the answers yet, but I'm working on it. During that first week of the tea, my wife Glenna was on a cruise and I had a 24 hour caregiver. So during that one week I never left the house as we had heavy rain most of the day and almost everyday. I believe this is key to the issue because I never left the house to be exposed to toxins in other places and the rain certainly cleaned the air. One thing that I did not do during that week was to go into any public restrooms. Most public restrooms have chemical deodorizers and they are toxic. I have always discounted that because I'm only in there for a few minutes. However, I have certainly changed my mind. I now avoid all public restrooms.

That has helped me somewhat, but that apparently is not the only problem. There must be something else in my environment outside of our home. The latest is this: During the last five days, I get up in the morning and I'm able to move around almost as well as on that Thursday morning. However, later in the same day, I get worse. When I figure that out, I'll let you know.

All in all, I believe the Chinese herbal tea has helped me and I will continue to drink my tea twice a day for some time. Probably, I would have much better results if I changed my environment and went to China and was able to have their entire treatment program.
