Lithium
Linus Pauling, that's the Vitamin C guy, said that ALL ILLNESS is coincidental
with MINERAL DEFICIENCY.
In the most recent past, I had been drinking distilled water because I
thought that was the only way I could buy PURE water. However, the problem
with that is no minerals. I have also learned that almost all FILTERED
water has no mineral content either. So what do you do? The only thing
that makes sense to me is to buy glass bottled mineral water from a company
which obtains their water from a NATURAL source. You might want to do
a "search" on the Internet for "mineral water." I
drink a glass bottled water from Arkansas which has a high pH plus natural
minerals including a high amount of Calcium. Now, I think I may change
to a natural spring water that contains Lithium. Let me tell you why.
There is Lithium, and there's Lithium. Yes, that's right, there are two
kinds of Lithium. One is a NATURAL Lithium mineral and the other is a
prescription drug called Lithium. As you know, I always prefer natural.
A few weeks ago, we received an e-mail telling us all about the great
benefits for ALS and MS patients from the drug Lithium. Apparently there
has been some successful treatment from a very low dose prescription drug
Lithium. I obtained a prescription from my doctor and ordered the Lithium
drug. However, when I received it and read the warnings about the possible
side effects, I threw it away and never tried it.
If I try the natural mineral water with natural Lithium, I may not know
whether or not it's helping me, because I'm already improving. So, that's
why I'm telling you about it. You may want to try it yourself and then
let me know if it helps. If you do a "search" on the Internet
for "mineral water," you may find one with Lithium in it.
We hope this helps you and, if it does help anyone, we would like to hear
about it.
Remember, your hair analysis will tell you about your mineral deficiencies.
One source of a hair analysis is Dr. Kathleen Akin, CCSP - Phone 1-800-528-4223.
This doctor will arrange a hair analysis over the phone.
